My first trip to Italy was my first trip to Europe. I picked up a Honda 650 at the Stazione Centrale and immediately proceeded to get hopelessly lost in Milano's city plan of concentric circles. If I hadn't enlisted the help of that handsome young man on a Moto Guzzi California I might still be there. Hmmm.... what was I thinking? |

Sony
VAIO Sony For Italian Lessons Sony has lent me a VAIO R505
SuperSlim Pro notebook, an updated version of the model I had in India.
It measures about 1 inch thin and weighs only 3.75 pounds! Click
here for more info about notebook computers.

Sony
PC9 Digital Video Camcorder is so tiny it's practically a spy-cam.
As a motorcycle and bicycle traveler I don't worry about it taking up
very much space or weight in my packs. There's no sacrifice in features:
it's a powerful little piece of equipment, with all the cool tricks I'd
ever want, including the ability to shoot at night. Click
here for more info about video cameras.

I'll be giving workshops on how to create your own online travelogues
in 2002. Demonstrations will include hands-on experience of equipment
similar to the great stuff shown on these pages. These workshops may be
combined with other workshops given by members of the Wild
Writing Women. Meanwhile, read the article I wrote for fotografia
magazine on how
to create your own online travelogue. For more information on this and other workshops send me an e-mail. |
