When I started my small press, Motorcycle Misadventures, I had no idea how that word "misadventures" was going to resonate with so many people. I have received so many emails addressed to "Miss Adventuring" that I decided to just go with it, adopt the name and share the experience by profiling and interviewing people who are living fabulously misadventurous lifestyles. And, just in time, D. Brent Miller offered to produce the podcast and more or less be my sidekick on the project. So on with the show! I hope you'll enjoy it, be inspired by it, and participate in it . . . Read more in the Miss Adventuring weblog.

But what is "mis"adventuring, really? I have my own definition, which has less to do with "mis"akes and more to do with "mis"behaving. Actually, it's a rebellion against all the pre-packaged so-called adventures being sold to us today. So a misadventure is an adventure you create yourself. I welcome listener's definitions.
